London
You’ll arrive in London by midday and we’ll hit the ground running with a trip to one of London’s premier bookstores and dinner at the Famous Cock Tavern.

London
We’ll see the sights of Central London at the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace before enjoying a traditional Sunday Roast at Dirty Dicks – serving since 1745 and home to East London’s largest Yorkshire Pudding. No book lover’s trip to London would be complete without a trip to the British Library, home to the largest collection of books in the world.

Oxford
The drive to Oxford will be peppered with fun photo ops at locations like Cock Lane and Crotch Crescent. A tour of Bodleian Library at Oxford College awaits after a lunch at Dirty Bones.

Stratford-Upon-Avon and Birmingham
If you thought Day 3 was amazing, wait until you see what Day 4 has in store. Cockshoot Close and the Ridings are just the start of the fun signs you’ll see on our drive through the West Midlands to Shakespeare’s birth and resting place in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Upon arrival in Birmingham you’ll see the Shakespeare Memorial Room at the Birmingham Library – home to the second largest Shakespeare Collection in the world.
What spicy book lover’s day would be complete without dinner at the Meat Shack?

Bath
The road trip to Bath starts as any good day should with a Beaver (Close) or a Hardon (Road). In fact, why choose?! Take in the English countryside before we arrive in the home of Regency romance – Bath – for afternoon tea at The Pump Room.

Bath
After sightseeing at your choice of activity in Bath, you’ll soak away your road-weary body at Thermae Bath Spa experiencing why people have been escaping to Bath to rest and rejuvenate themselves for centuries.
Your day will finish at Sally Lunn’s, eating world-famous Sally Lunn’s buns at one of the oldest houses in Bath.

Road Trip to London
As we leave the region, we’ll take in one of the world’s most well-known ancient wonders – Stonehenge.
Our journey will take us past Sandy Balls, Titty Hill and Lickfold while we enjoy lunch at The Chambers – fashioned after a London Gentlemen’s club which any good romance reader will have pictured, but now it will be in real life.
We’ll arrive in London to rest for the final, action-packed day of London sight-seeing.

We’ll take in the skyline of London on the London Eye before heading over to the Tower of London to see this dark castle and the stronghold of the Crown Jewels.
Our final meal together will be a special, sensory experience by dining together in the dark at Dans Le Noir – sure to change your perspective and blow your mind.*
